- Commissioning Engineer (Oil & Gas)
Location: Kuwait
Preference: Local candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Plan, execute, and document pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation system to ensure safe and reliable handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Preparation
Develop Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation commissioning procedures, check-sheets, and test packs.
Review system design and construction status to confirm readiness for commissioning.

Testing & Execution
Lead system flushing, leak testing, loop checks, and functional testing of equipment.
Perform safety system verification including ESD, F&G, and Cause & Effect testing.

Coordination & Handover
Coordinate with construction, vendors, and Operations to close punch lists.
Compile records and complete handover dossiers for Ready For Start-Up.

HSSE & Compliance
Enforce Permit-to-Work and SIMOPS requirements during all activities.
Ensure full compliance with project HSSE standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Process / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas site construction including 5 years in a similar position.
Proven experience with KOC / KNPC / KIPIC / JO projects.
