Job Description: Head of On-Premises Channel

We are looking to hire an On-Premises Channel Head who is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the On-Premises channel to deliver sustainable growth in volume, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. The role leads the overall management of Restaurants, Cafés, Casual Dining, Fine Dining, Entertainment, Leisure, and other On-Premises customers while ensuring superior execution, profitable customer partnerships, and strong marketplace presence.
The role is accountable for achieving annual business objectives, building strategic customer relationships, developing the sales team, and driving flawless execution aligned with the company's commercial strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 10 years of FMCG commercial experience with a minimum of 5 years of HORECA / On-Premises sales leadership.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a must.
- Strong experience managing key accounts.
- Experience in strategic negotiations.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
