🚀 We're Hiring: Database Administrator | Kuwait 🇰🇼
We're looking for a Database Administrator to join our team in Kuwait.
Role: Maintain, support, and improve our SQL Server data warehouse and ETL environment.
What you'll do:
✅ Administer our AWS-hosted Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse.
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS packages and ETL jobs.
✅ Maintain data integration across school, HR, accounting, and payment systems.
✅ Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
✅ Support backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
✅ Maintain documentation and support reporting/dashboards.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong SQL Server administration and T-SQL skills (stored procedures, views, performance tuning).
Hands-on SSIS development and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with ETL design, data validation, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with AWS-hosted Windows/SQL Server environments.
Excellent English communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong problem solver.
