We are currently hiring for the following:

📌 Manager – Business Projects

SWISH Group is looking for a highly organized, results-driven Manager Business Projects to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and business improvement projects – overseeing planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and portfolio reporting from concept to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and business improvement projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, and success criteria.
* Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, roadmaps, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
* Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, standards, and reporting practices.
* Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and portfolio updates for management.
* Coordinate with project sponsors, business leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
* Promote PMO standards, project management best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations
Management, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, or a related field; master's degree is an advantage.
* 7-10 years of experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, or strategic initiatives.
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrix organization.
* Professional certification such as PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent is an advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and PMO operations.
* Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and resource management skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and present to senior management.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Planner, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dev Ops and reporting tools.
