We're Hiring | Quality Inspector – Steel Structure

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in steel structure fabrication to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that fabrication, welding, painting, and installation activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Candidates with previous experience in Kuwait's steel fabrication industry will be given preference.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and quality inspection
✔ Strong knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication processes, quality control, and NCR management
✔ Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications
✔ Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor steel structure fabrication and installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Monitor welding activities and witness internal and external inspections and testing.
Inspect painting, coating, and surface protection works in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.
Review fabrication drawings, technical specifications, and inspection plans before execution.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation.
Identify, document, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) until closure.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Support client inspections, audits, and third-party quality assessments.
Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and applicable industry standards.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3–5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and quality inspection.
Previous work experience in Kuwait is mandatory, preferably in steel structure fabrication projects.
Strong knowledge of welding inspection, fabrication processes, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, technical specifications, and inspection documents.
Experience preparing inspection reports, quality documentation, and managing NCRs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
