We're Hiring: Art Director | Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC

Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC is looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our fashion retail brands across marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
This position requires candidates with a strong Fashion Retail background. Applicants without relevant Fashion Retail experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual direction for marketing campaigns, photoshoots, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
2. Collaborate closely with the Original Content Development Team and cross-functional departments, including Product, Design, Buying, Graphic Design, 3. 3. Photography, Retouching, Marketing, and E-Commerce.
4. Plan, organize, and direct studio and outdoor fashion photoshoots, including budgeting, casting, scheduling, styling coordination, and production logistics.
5. Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams and external freelancers to deliver high-quality visual content.
6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, social media, e-commerce channels, and in-store visual assets.
7. Develop compelling visual storytelling that enhances customer engagement and strengthens the company's fashion brands.
Requirements:
✅ Extensive experience as an Art Director within the Fashion Retail industry is mandatory.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing fashion campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce content, seasonal collections, and retail brand projects.
✅ Proven experience managing fashion studio and location photoshoots from concept through final execution.
✅ Strong understanding of fashion branding, visual merchandising, creative direction, and luxury retail aesthetics.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
✅ Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and e-commerce is an advantage.

Additional Requirements
