We're Hiring | HR Officer (Local Hire – Kuwait)
A leading Fashion Design & Luxury Retail Company is looking to hire an HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor employee grooming, appearance, and workplace standards.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, attendance, and discipline.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Monitor customer service standards and luxury client experience.
Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience (fashion, retail, hospitality, or luxury industry preferred).
Fluent in Arabic & English (Bilingual).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
Local hire only (Kuwait).
Transferable Visa (Article 18) is mandatory.
