Requirements & Details

✅ Qualifications (Cost Controller)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting
Proven experience in cost control within reputable restaurant or coffee shop brands
Ability to track expenses, prepare cost reports, and support financial planning
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

✅ Qualifications (Purchasing/Procurement)
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in purchasing within the F&B or coffee shop industry
-Strong knowledge of vendor management, inventory replenishment, and procurement processes
-Ability to evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement software

📋 Job Descriptions
Cost Controller: Monitor and optimize costs, prepare variance reports, and support financial planning.
Purchase Staff: Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, manage purchase orders, and coordinate inventory replenishment.
