Our team is growing! If you are interested to join Trampo as a Training Officer.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, deliver, and maintain training programs for operational teams.
• Conduct employee onboarding and provide classroom and
on-the-job training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify employee development needs.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and managers to ensure consistent
standards and operational readiness.
• Support continuous learning, operational excellence, audits, and new
attraction launches.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in training, learning &
development, or operational training.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, family entertainment, leisure, or customer
service is preferred.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills (English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with experience
developing training materials and SOPs.
