Volvo Kuwait is looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Showroom Host to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people and providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls and customer inquiries.
Coordinate customer appointments and maintain the showroom schedule.
Support the Sales, Aftersales, and CRM teams with administrative tasks.
Keep the reception and showroom area organized and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
Ensure every customer receives a positive and memorable first impression.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, presentable and positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
