📢 WE'RE HIRING | Banquet Manager

Royalty, a leading premium catering and banquet company in Kuwait, is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee banquet and event operations from setup to completion.
- Lead and supervise banquet service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and operations departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.
- Handle client requests professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
- Previous experience in hotels, luxury catering, or banquet operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
