Lead and manage the project from contract award through final handover, ensuring delivery in accordance with contract requirements, approved budget, project schedule, quality standards, and HSE regulations while achieving client satisfaction and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management:

Lead and manage the project throughout all phases until final handover.

Prepare and monitor the project execution plan and schedule.

Allocate responsibilities and supervise the project team.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

2. Technical Management:
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Coordinate with the Engineering and Technical Office.

Review material submittals and procurement requirements.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

3. Cost & Commercial Management:
Monitor project budget and cost performance.

Review purchase requests and project expenditures.

Monitor monthly progress payments.

Manage variations, claims, and change orders.

Maximize project profitability.

4. Client & Consultant Coordination:
Represent the company professionally before the owner and consultant.

Attend periodic project meetings.

Handle official correspondence.

Maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders.

5. Resource Management:
Manage engineers, supervisors, and site staff (the project team).

Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Logistics, and Stores.

Ensure the availability of manpower, equipment, and materials.

6. Quality & HSE:
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.

Resolve quality observations promptly.

7. Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:

Progress percentage.

Budget.

Project schedule.

Risks.

Variations (Additional works).

Outstanding issues.

8. Project Closeout:
Manage project handover (initial and final).

Close all snag lists.

Deliver As-Built drawings, O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals, warranties, and all project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and contracting projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as a Project Manager.
- Proven and solid work experience within the Kuwait market is required.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts is a major advantage.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, managerial, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
