We’re Looking for “Production Manager” to Plan & Supervise all operation related works inside the production hall from tracking raw material inventory + training plan for labours + accommodation & status + safety standers + production prosses + maintenance planning & implementations + production targets accumulation, mostly like a football coach for the factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead & Operate all production aspects inside the factory to the aim of reaching production target MOSTLY MECHANICAL WORKS.
• Designed & Enforce SOP to ensure smooth and cooperative work environment.

• REQUIREMENTS
Leadership Skills , Eng degree , 5 years’ experience in any recycling related works preferably rubber or plastic , knowledge in shredders machinery and pressing machines like bricks making machines.

SALARY AND BENIFITS
• Basic salary of 450 kd + incentives , free Accommodation -3 meals- transportation -internet Access.
(Accommodation & Workplace in SALMI near Jahra)
• Yearly bonuses of full salary each with a condition of reaching production targets.
• Personal car after 1st year of successfully managing the plant.
