We're Hiring | HR Generalist – Kuwait

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Administer payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies
Coordinate employee performance management and training initiatives
Handle HR documentation, contracts, and government-related processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5to 8 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
Experience in Construction industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
