🍽️ Restaurant Manager – Kuwait residents
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a leading Fine Dining restaurant in Kuwait.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputed Fine Dining restaurant (Fine Dining experience is highly preferred and must be highlighted in your CV).
Experience in upscale casual dining will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and handling customer concerns professionally.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, staff scheduling, and health & safety regulations.
Understanding of restaurant marketing and customer retention strategies.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
Package & Benefits:
Salary up to KD 700 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Duty meal provided
30 days of paid annual leave
9 working hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
6 working days per week
