We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and developing effective people strategies.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
* Experience in supporting organizational development and improving employee engagement.
* Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle and drive effective HR processes.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Immediate availability is preferred.
