We're Hiring | Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Armada Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our growing Fashion Retail team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
✅ Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, stock control, and cash management.
✅ Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
✅ Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
✅ Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and development.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager.
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in the fashion retail industry.
✔ Strong leadership skills with excellent business orientation.
✔ Excellent customer management and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
✔ Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✔ Excellent command of Arabic and English.
✔ Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
✔ Preferred Nationality: Arabs.
