Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
✔ Prepare, organize, and manage administrative documents.
✔ Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documents, Civil IDs, passports, visas, health cards, and contract renewals.
✔ Assist in tracking company licenses, registrations, insurances, and other administrative requirements.
✔ Support daily administrative activities, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
✔ Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
