We Are Hiring: Experienced Draftsman – Interior Fit-Out & Construction

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating:

• Architectural and interior fit-out drawings

• MEP drawings

• Civil and construction drawings

• Detailed shop drawings

• As-built drawings

• Joinery, ceiling, flooring, partition, and finishing details

• Coordination drawings across different disciplines

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for interior, exterior, and branding projects.

Candidates should possess skills in Shop Drawings for fabrication, installation, and production detailing.

Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Drawings and a solid understanding of Architecture fundamentals.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software; knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is an advantage.

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related technical field.• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, finishing, and construction projects
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings

• Strong experience in preparing accurate and detailed shop drawings

• Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors

• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, dimensions, and site requirements

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple drawing submissions

• Experience in preparing authority, consultant, and client submission drawings will be an advantage

Candidates must be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of producing high-quality drawings within tight project timelines.
