Armada Retail Concept is looking for a detail-oriented Production Merchandiser - Women's Apparel to join our team. If you have experience in fashion retail, product development, supplier management, and production coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop seasonal product assortments with the Design team.
Finalize product selections and review samples for fit, quality, and style.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier terms.
Process purchase orders using SAP/DMS or similar ERP systems.
Approve production based on designer feedback.
Ensure supplier compliance with quality and ethical sourcing standards.
Coordinate photoshoot samples across departments.
Track purchase orders and collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely stock arrivals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Buying, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of merchandising or buying experience in the fashion retail industry.
Experience working with Design, Planning, Logistics, and Retail Operations teams.
Proficiency in Excel, SAP/DMS (or similar ERP systems), and basic photo editing software.
Strong knowledge of product development, garment measurements, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
