Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily meal distribution operations.
- Manage delivery routes and fleet performance.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness.
- Monitor driver attendance and team performance.
- Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve operational and customer delivery issues.
- Prepare operational performance reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma with equivalent experience accepted)
- 4–6 years of logistics/distribution experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Food & Beverage experience is an advantage.
- Strong fleet management knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and route planning systems
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Valid driving license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
