We're Hiring | Head Chef – Research & Development (CPU) – Kuwait

Are you passionate about culinary innovation? Seazen Group is looking for a Head Chef – Research & Development to join our Central Production Unit and drive the creation of exciting new menu concepts across our restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop innovative menu items and recipes
✔ Standardize recipes and production processes
✔ Conduct product trials, tastings, and culinary research
✔ Improve product quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
✔ Monitor food trends and competitor offerings
✔ Work closely with Operations and Production teams to ensure successful product launches

Requirements:
✔ 7–8+ years of culinary experience, preferably in R&D or product development
✔ Strong understanding of recipe development and standardization
✔ Experience in central kitchen or multi-brand restaurant operations
✔ Creative mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Passion for innovation and food trends
