**Supply Chain Specialist**
📍 Location: Kuwait

A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join its growing team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage demand planning and sales forecasting.
* Plan inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points.
* Handle procurement and international supplier sourcing.
* Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
* Analyze inventory performance and prepare supply chain reports.
* Optimize stock availability while minimizing overstock and stock-outs.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Procurement, or Inventory Planning.
* Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods.
* Hands-on experience with forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement.
* Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong advantage).
* Strong Excel and analytical skills.
* Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Transferable Residency (Article 18).
* Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
