We're Hiring: Logistics Consultant – Fleet & Transportation Optimization (3–6 Month Consultancy)

Gastronomica is seeking an experienced Logistics Consultant to lead a strategic transformation of our transportation and fleet operations across Kuwait and the GCC.
This is a hands-on consultancy assignment (3–6 months) for a results-oriented professional who thrives on turning strategy into measurable operational improvements. You'll work closely with our Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance teams to optimize fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance service levels—without disrupting daily operations.

What You'll Lead:
✅ Fleet and route optimization across trucks, staff buses, company vehicles, and local buying drivers
✅ Transportation scheduling and delivery synchronization between Central Kitchen, warehouses, and restaurants
✅ Fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives
✅ Process redesign and governance for local buying operations
✅ KPI development and implementation to improve logistics performance
✅ Execution of initiatives that reduce overtime, fleet size, and overall operating costs while maintaining operational excellence

We're Looking For:
✔ 8–10+ years of logistics or supply chain consulting experience
✔ Proven success delivering fleet optimization and transportation transformation projects
✔ Experience within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Retail sectors (GCC experience preferred)
✔ Strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to drive implementation—not just provide recommendations
