Location: kuwait

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Architect / Drafting Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality technical, engineering, and architectural drawings. This role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in project execution.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings. The role also includes developing detailed building plans, maintaining drawing records, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory codes in Kuwait.



Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and finalize shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Develop detailed technical, engineering, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Maintain, update, and manage drawing records and related documentation.
• Support construction teams by providing technical input and clarifications as needed.

Requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting or BIM-related software, such as Revit.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawing and engineering drawing standards.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation management.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
• Previous experience in the construction and finishing industry is an advantage.
