A Leading Company in Kuwait is seeking to hire an experienced Chief Accountant.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the Accounting Department.
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and Kuwait regulations.
* Strengthen accounting systems, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
* Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
* Support management with accurate financial analysis and decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement and resolve accounting and financial challenges.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, including leadership experience.
* Proven track record in improving accounting systems, strengthening internal controls, and resolving financial and operational challenges.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
* Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Transferable Ahli Visa (Article 18).
* Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.
* Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait only.
