Are you a passionate retail leader with a proven track record in managing multiple stores and driving business performance? We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our fashion retail operations across Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets across multiple stores.
*Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
*Monitor store performance through KPIs, sales analysis, profitability, and inventory management.
*Ensure compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
*Coordinate store openings, promotional campaigns, and operational initiatives.
*Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
*Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
*Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
*Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, with experience managing multiple stores.
*Dynamic, results-oriented, and commercially focused.
*Strong leadership and team development skills.
*Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and drive performance improvements.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
*Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
