🚀 We're Hiring: System Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) for our IT Team | Al-Bahar Group.
📍 Location: Kuwait (Local hires only)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and develop user interfaces and functional specifications.
✅ Lead development and enhancement of cloud-based applications.
✅ Support planning, estimation, and scheduling of application development projects.
✅ Manage database changes through sound change and release management practices.
✅ Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
✅ Create and maintain application and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
✅ Develop and customize functionality and reports using X++, SSRS, and .NET within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
✅ Ensure master data integrity, data quality, and adherence to Data Governance policies.

Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or a related field.
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
✔ Good personal computer and business solutions software skills for data administration. Proficient in MS Excel.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data administration practices.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
✔ Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
