- Call Center Agents (No. 5)
Main Responsibilities:
• Answering patient calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
• Following up with patients, managing missed appointments, and managing pending appointments
• Supporting professional and timely communication with patients
• Handling patient complaints and escalating them when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
• Female applicants preferred
• Previous experience in a call center, reception, customer service, or healthcare field preferred
• Strong Arabic communication skills
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills and systems
• Ability to work shifts
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
- Senior Call Center Agent (No. 1)
Requirements:
• Previous experience coordinating call center operations or supervising a team
• Ability to prepare basic reports
• Good escalation and staff follow-up skills
• Experience in booking patient appointments in the healthcare field preferred
