Location: kuwait

Job: Project Manager (Civil)

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects form start to completion.
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and local regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Maintain communication with clients and government entities when required.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects (experience in e.g. infrastructure, building construction, road).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing civil engineering projects (experience in e.g. infrastructure, building construction, road).
Proficient in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety codes, and relevant legislation.
Excellent leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge in Kuwait Oil Company standards.
