Job Title: Business & Data Analytics Technical Lead
Location: Kuwait
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business & Data Analytics Technical Lead to drive our BI and data analytics initiatives — from data integration and warehouse architecture to budgeting/planning solutions and executive dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and delivery of enterprise-grade data integration and DWH solutions
Build and manage budget, planning, and financial consolidation models
Design reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business and executive stakeholders
Oversee, mentor, and grow a team of developers/data engineers
Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Enforce data governance and best practices through code reviews
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics/BI, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Microsoft Power BI, Tableau
Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Background in FP&A, budgeting/planning, financial consolidation
Proven experience leading analytics teams and presales/stakeholder presentations
BSc in Computer Science or related
