📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 F&B Operations Manager
• Oversee restaurant branch operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
• Monitor sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Branch Managers
• Drive operational improvements and support new branch openings

🔹 Deputy Operations Manager
• Support daily restaurant operations
• Monitor branch performance and compliance
• Conduct branch visits and prepare operational reports
• Support training and development of restaurant teams
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth business continuity
