We are looking for a Senior Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned cloud kitchen. The role requires independently managing daily operations, leading and developing the store team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food quality and safety standards, controlling costs, achieving sales and profitability targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate must have a strong operational background in cloud kitchen or QSR operations and possess the leadership skills to manage the store independently while driving continuous improvement.

Experience:
▪️ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Senior Store Manager in a Cloud Kitchen, QSR, or Restaurant Operations.
▪️ Proven experience in independently managing a restaurant or cloud kitchen.
▪️ Experience handling multiple food delivery platforms is an advantage.

Salary:
KWD600/
at least 30% monthly incentive when target achieved.
