Job Title: Operation Merchandising Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced “Operation Merchandising Manager” to lead day-to-day merchandising operations and ensure our product assortment, inventory flow, and promotional planning are executed efficiently. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to maximize sales performance while maintaining inventory health and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own merchandising operations across the business, ensuring timely execution of assortment and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, sell-through, and margin trends; identify gaps and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, planogram/merchandising readiness, and promotional execution.
- Build and manage merchandising calendars (promotions, launches, markdowns, replenishment cycles).
- Forecast demand and collaborate on inventory planning to reduce stockouts and overstock.
- Ensure accurate product setup and data integrity (SKUs, pricing, attributes, promotional rules) across merchandising systems.
- Track KPIs such as sell-through rate, inventory turns, markdown performance, OOS (out-of-stock), and plan vs. actual.
- Drive continuous improvement in merchandising workflows and reporting processes.
- Manage vendors/partners as needed for merchandising execution (if applicable).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- [3+ / 5+ ] years of experience in merchandising operations, retail planning, inventory management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel.
- Working knowledge of inventory planning, assortment planning, forecasting, and promotions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
