Ladies Salon Supervisor Required (Kuwait Residents Only)
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Ladies Salon Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage salon operations efficiently. We're looking for someone who can lead teams, improve performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership personality with high self-confidence.
Previous experience in managing salons or beauty centers is preferred.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Transferable Kuwait residency.
Open to non-Arab nationalities only.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the salon.
Manage, organize, and monitor the performance of salon staff.
Ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
Handle operational issues and make appropriate decisions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.
Achieve operational objectives while maintaining a professional work environment.
Job Details
Salary up to 500 KD (depending on experience and qualifications).
Shift-based schedule: 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day.
Work location: Al Rabia or Ishbiliya, Kuwait.
30 days paid annual leave.
