Production Manager (Chef Background)

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the factory.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production supervisors and staff.
• Train, coach, and improve the performance of production employees.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved recipes, SOPs, and production standards.
• Monitor product quality and work closely with the Quality Department to maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize production efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor production KPIs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, bakery, pastry, or confectionery production.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in training and developing production teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Previous experience managing a food production factory is highly preferred.
