We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to support our Finance team and contribute to driving operational efficiency and business performance within our food manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and analyze production costs, material consumption, and labor expenses.
✅ Prepare accurate cost reports and variance analysis.
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation processes.
✅ Review standard costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
✅ Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overheads.
✅ Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve cost control and profitability.
✅ Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
🔹 Knowledge of inventory management and manufacturing costing principles.
🔹 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
