📌 Position: 🆕 CICS System Programmer

🎓 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)

✅ Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CICS Systems Programming
• Experience with CICS TS, CICSPLEX, and CICS Systems Programming
• Experience with CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG), GDDM, and OMEGAMON
• Strong knowledge of z/OS, SMP/E, JCL, COBOL, and Assembler

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Install, migrate, customize, maintain, troubleshoot, implement, test, and tune CICS TS and CICSPLEX on z/OS systems
• Manage, maintain, and clone CICS & CICSPLEX regions (TEST/DEV/PROD)
• Provide CICS administration and technical support
• Install and maintain CICS Web Services
• Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises
• Support GDDM, QMF, and CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG)
• Monitor system performance, tuning, and availability
• Maintain CICS system options for optimum performance
• Monitor systems using OMEGAMON
• Troubleshoot WebSphere MQ transactions and triggers in CICS
• Assist in CICS application troubleshooting
• Work with developers and technical teams on new and existing CICS projects
• Train junior and entry-level employees
• Document technical procedures, tasks, and responsibilities
