OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
📍 Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing delivery operations team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the delivery industry, particularly with Talabat operations, and possess excellent operational and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily delivery operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality.
Monitor driver attendance, productivity, and performance.
Coordinate with clients and operations teams to meet service level requirements.
Ensure proper fleet utilization and driver allocation.
Handle operational issues, escalations, and delivery-related concerns promptly.
Monitor KPIs, rider performance, and operational targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct driver briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of delivery riders when required.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in delivery operations.
✅ Previous experience handling Talabat operations is highly preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of fleet and rider management.
✅ Knowledge of operational KPIs and performance monitoring.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
✅ Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
✅ Arabic, English, Hindi, or other multilingual communication skills are a plus.
