We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in the Exchange, Banking, or Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily accounting operations and month-end closing activities
✔ Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
✔ Ensure compliance with Kuwait regulatory requirements and IFRS standards
✔ Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audits
✔ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
✔ Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA is an advantage)
📅 Minimum 5 years of experience in the Exchange, Banking, or Financial Services sector
📚 Strong understanding of Kuwaiti regulations, compliance requirements, and IFRS
💻 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
🗣 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
