We're Hiring! Improvement Specialist

The Performance Improvement Specialist supports organizational effectiveness by analyzing performance data, monitoring KPIs, identifying improvement pportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & KPI Monitoring
* Develop, maintain, and monitor departmental and organizational KPIs.
* Design and maintain KPI trackers, scorecards, and performance measurement tools.
* Monitor employee and departmental performance against established targets.
2. HR Analytics & Reporting
* Analyze workforce, attendance, productivity, turnover, and performance data.
* Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR and operational data.
3. HR Systems Administration
* Maintain employee and organizational records within Menaitech HRIS.
* Support system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
4. Process Improvement & Organizational Effectiveness
* Participate in process reviews and workflow optimization projects.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and operational
performance.
* Assist in developing and documenting policies, procedures, SOPs, and process maps.
5. Organizational Support
* Assist in developing and updating job descriptions.
* Support manpower planning and organizational structure reviews.
* Coordinate with department managers to collect and validate operational data.
