WOW MILKY – F&B / Central Kitchen / Multi-Branch Operations

We are looking for a strong, hands-on HR professional who can work directly with branch teams, support operations, train employees, control discipline, and build a better team on the ground.

This is not an office-only HR role.

This is a field HR role for someone who can visit branches, understand people, solve problems, and improve performance.

F&B EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Field HR & Branch Follow-up

Conduct regular visits to branches and central kitchen
Follow up staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance
Monitor staff behavior, customer service standards and policy compliance
Prepare daily / weekly HR field reports for management
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Recruit, screen, interview and select the right talent
Build a strong pipeline for branch, kitchen and operations positions
Identify strong employees for promotion, development and future leadership roles
Training & Staff Development

Train, coach and develop employees on-site
Prepare and follow up staff training plans and training matrix
Monitor new employees during probation period and report suitability
Support staff improvement plans and performance development
HR Operations

Handle onboarding, contracts and employee files
Manage payroll, attendance, leaves and staff scheduling
Handle residency transfer, renewal and HR documentation
Follow up KPIs, performance evaluations and staff improvement
Employee Relations & Discipline

Handle warnings, investigations and disciplinary actions
Solve staff issues professionally and fairly
Support staff retention, motivation and employee engagement
Work closely with operations to improve team performance
REQUIREMENTS

4+ years HR experience
F&B / Restaurants / Cafés experience is a must
Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
Strong people management and communication skills
Able to work closely with operations and branch teams
Strong in Excel / Google Sheets
Transferable residency preferred
Must be active, practical and comfortable with field work
