🆕 Senior Creative Lead

📍 Location:
Kuwait (Candidates currently inside Kuwait only)

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead creative direction across company brands
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual communication
• Translate business requirements into creative concepts
• Manage and mentor designers, illustrators, photographers, and content creators
• Review and approve creative deliverables
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams
• Improve creative quality, efficiency, and campaign performance

📋 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years experience in branding, design, advertising, or marketing
• Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring creative teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and multi-channel campaigns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
