📍 Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong hotel operations background to join our team.

Mandatory Requirements:
➡️ Former Executive Housekeeper or Director-level professional from a reputable hotel group
➡️ Experience working in large corporate hotel organizations with established standards and processes
➡️ Proven track record of transitioning into an unstructured hotel environment and successfully building operational structure, systems, and compliance frameworks from the ground up
➡️ Strong expertise in implementing SOPs, quality standards, audits and operational controls
➡️ Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability and manage change effectively
➡️ Experience in setting up performance monitoring systems, KPIs and reporting mechanisms
➡️ Ability to identify operational gaps and implement sustainable improvement plans
➡️ Strong experience in process optimization, compliance management, and cross-functional coordination
➡️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

🚗 Must hold a valid driving license.
