🚨 We're Hiring: Senior Buyer / Brand Manager – Footwear 🚨

Are you a strategic buying professional with a proven track record of managing premium global footwear brands? We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer / Brand Manager – Footwear to join our growing retail team and drive the success of our footwear portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and develop a portfolio of premium international footwear brands.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with global brand principals and suppliers.
✔ Develop seasonal buying strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
✔ Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer demand to optimize product assortments.
✔ Negotiate commercial terms, product allocations, and promotional activities with brand partners.
✔ Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, retail operations, and e-commerce teams to maximize category performance.
✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and OTB (Open-to-Buy) planning activities.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 7–10 years of experience in footwear buying, category management, or brand management.
✅ Strong experience managing premium portfolios of Tier-One global footwear brands.
✅ Proven success working with internationally recognized brands
✅ Strong commercial acumen with expertise in assortment planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier negotiations.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Experience within a multi-brand retail environment is highly preferred.
✅ Must be currently based in Kuwait.
✅ Must hold a transferable residency (Visa 18 Ahli).
✅ Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
