Chief of Staff to the Founding Partners

SV7 is a Kuwait-based group operating across the GCC and internationally, originating and advising on opportunities at the intersection of infrastructure, strategic advisory, and digital commerce.

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to be a second mind to the founding partners — someone who sees around corners, owns problems end to end, and moves between financial analysis, strategy, business development, and operations in the course of a single day.

This isn’t an administrative role. It’s a high-trust, high-autonomy seat for someone exceptional who wants proximity to the founding partners, real ownership, and exposure across industries.

What you’ll do
• Act as the founding partners’ right hand across all entities — turning high-level direction into action, and exercising their judgment when they can’t be in the room.
• Own strategic projects end to end: structuring deals, building financial models, drafting term sheets and proposals, and pressure-testing decisions before they’re made.
• Run point on business development — preparing briefs, managing partner and counterparty relationships, and keeping multi-track initiatives moving.
• Build the analysis behind major decisions — financial, commercial, and operational — with rigor and precision.
• Work ten steps ahead, surfacing risks, opportunities, and decisions before they become urgent.
• Represent the founding partners at a senior level, internally and externally, with discretion and polish.

What we’re looking for
• A sharp, strategic mind that thinks in systems, frameworks, and second-order consequences.
• Strong financial and commercial fluency — comfortable building models, reading deals, and reasoning about structure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to move from a board-level memo to a vendor negotiation without dropping the standard.
• Thorough, detailed, and action-oriented — you see things through from end to end.
• Extreme ownership: when something lands on your desk, it’s handled.
• Range across industries — a generalist who goes deep fast.
• Sound judgment and total discretion; much of this work is sensitive.
• Background in consulting, banking, private equity, or a founder’s office is a strong plus.
