Job Title: BMS Technician – Kuwait

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Control Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission BMS and HVAC control systems
Assemble DDC control panels and perform cable termination works.
Conduct BMS loop checking, point-to-point verification, and field device identification.
Configure and troubleshoot communication networks using BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
Diagnose faults in sensors, controllers, and field devices
Coordinate with engineers and site teams for system integration
Read and interpret control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation

Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BMS and HVAC controls
Good knowledge of controllers, sensors, actuators, and control panels
Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on-site
Additional Requirements:

Valid Kuwait residency (Article 18)
Immediate availability is preferred
