We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand presence, drive patient engagement, and support business growth.

📍 Location: ARMS Medical Center - Salmiya
🕒 Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
* Create engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Social Media Ads).
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
* Improve website visibility through SEO and content optimization.
* Coordinate marketing activities with doctors, management, and operational teams.
* Support patient acquisition, retention, and upselling initiatives.
* Manage online reputation and patient reviews.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing practices.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
* Experience in healthcare or medical marketing is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
* Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
* Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
