Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented **Senior Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
* Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
* Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
* Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
* Mandatory experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
* Must be currently based in Kuwait.
