🚀 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (Local Hiring Only – Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.

👉 Requirements:
➡️ Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
➡️ ISO certified
➡️ Strong experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
➡️ Proven experience in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
➡️ Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license
➡️ Must be currently residing in Kuwait only
➡️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures and standards
➡️ Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
➡️ Create, review, and update SOPs across departments
➡️ Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company requirements
➡️ Conduct internal audits and monitor quality performance indicators
➡️ Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and operational efficiency
➡️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
